RYA Courses in Devon and Cornwall

Devon Sailing Experiences are offering a selection of RYA courses for the discerning sailor. Our sailing courses are created to offer the best experience for certified training programs. Just a 20% deposit to secure your place. We are only 5 mins from Plymouth mainline station with direct trains from London and the Midlands. Don’t see a course or date? Ask a question.

Our sea-based courses are run on a superbly equipped 2015 Jeanneau 409, click for details. No sea school or company branding on our yachts!

School Ethos

General

We appreciate that you are using your holiday time to train with us and we want to ensure that the experience isn’t a grind, but a good combination of learning and enjoyment. We believe our RYA courses are the best on offer, our instructors have years of experience and we don’t believe in fast track or quality short cuts.

Yachts and Location

Our training grounds are the beautiful south coast of Devon. As we have yachts in various locations in South Devon, we can pick and choose our sailing ground.
Where possible we moor up in beautiful evening locations such as Dartmouth, Salcombe or Fowey. We own our own yachts; they are professionally maintained and selected with a good balance of sea keeping and comfort.
