This type of exclusive sailing experience is a great opportunity for families to spend some time together whilst enjoying an active adventure. Regardless of sailing ability or experience, it is ideal for those who want to give sailing a try and have a fun day out on the water. Each and every member of your family is welcome to get involved as much (or as little!) as they choose. Even if you have sailed before, our 1-day exclusive sailing experiences give you an ideal opportunity to brush up on your own skills and increase your own confidence on the water whilst introducing your friends or loved ones to the joys of sailing.
During your 1-day exclusive sailing experience, Devon and Cornwall will provide the backdrop of the most beautiful coastline. You may choose to head towards Cawsands or Kingsands, Cornwall – a beautiful, sheltered bay where you can drop the anchor for lunch. In favourable conditions, you may head up the tranquil and unspoilt River Yealm, nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB).
Our enviable starting location is Plymouth which provides easy access by yacht to the coasts of both Devon and Cornwall. Conveniently located at King Point Marina in Plymouth, we are just a 5-minute taxi ride from Plymouth mainline train station where you will find regular train links from Exeter, Bristol, London, Manchester and Birmingham. If you are already on holiday in Devon (for example, Salcombe, Modbury, Bigbury Bay and Totnes) or Cornwall (Cawsands, Kingsands and Looe), King Point Marina is easily accessible by car. You will find pay and display parking conveniently located opposite the marina.
